These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ANT Robo Trade, an algorithmic trading platform operated by ANT ("we", "us", "our"). By registering, logging in, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
ANT Robo Trade provides bot-driven and Gen AI-assisted trading signals, automated order placement through your own connected broker account (RoboTrade mode), and copy-trading tools for tracking another trader's activity (Copy Trade mode). Bot access and power/energy (used to size and gate automated trades) are purchased separately as plans.
ANT Robo Trade is a trade automation and signal-execution tool, not a registered investment advisor. Nothing on the platform is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Trading in equities, F&O, and commodities carries real risk of loss, including loss greater than your initial investment. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for evaluating whether automated trading suits your financial situation.
RoboTrade places real orders through a broker account you connect (e.g. Zerodha, Dhan, Upstox) using credentials you provide. We never hold your trading capital - it stays with your broker at all times. You're responsible for keeping your broker session/API access valid and for the funds and margin available in that account.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Referring another user to a paid bot plan earns you a commission on that purchase, credited to your referral income balance - see our Refunds & Cancellations page for how plan purchases themselves are handled.
Bot plans and power/energy top-ups are paid for from your in-app wallet, funded via Cashfree (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets); we do not store your card or payment credentials. Wallet balance is split into a withdrawable available balance and a non-withdrawable activation balance used only for plan/power purchases.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data, or to interfere with the platform's normal operation.
We may suspend access if these Terms are violated, if power/energy runs out (RoboTrade pauses automatically until topped up), or if broker access can no longer be validated. You may stop using the platform at any time.
The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, indirect or consequential damages, or losses arising from broker outages, API failures, or market conditions outside our control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
