This Privacy Policy explains what information ANT Robo Trade collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to your use of the web app and mobile app.
Account details (name, username, mobile number, email), broker connection details (your broker's API key and access token, stored to place trades on your behalf), trading activity and P&L generated through the platform, and wallet/payment records from Cashfree transactions. We do not collect your broker login password - broker connections use each broker's own OAuth/token flow.
To operate RoboTrade/Copy Trade on your behalf, show you your own dashboard/reports/orders, process wallet deposits and withdrawals, calculate referral commissions, and send you trade/account notifications via Telegram or WhatsApp if you've configured them in Settings.
Broker API keys and access tokens are stored to let the platform place orders on your behalf and are used only for that purpose. You can disconnect a broker at any time from Settings; doing so stops RoboTrade from placing further orders for that account.
Wallet deposits are processed by Cashfree, a third-party payment gateway. We receive confirmation of successful payments but never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials - those are handled entirely by Cashfree.
We do not sell your personal data. It's shared only with the broker you've connected (to place your own orders), Cashfree (to process your own payments), and Telegram/WhatsApp (to deliver notifications you've configured) - never with unrelated third parties.
We retain account and trading history for as long as your account is active, and as needed to meet recordkeeping obligations for financial transactions after that.
You can update your account details, disconnect a broker, or turn off Telegram/WhatsApp notifications at any time from Settings. To request account deletion, contact us from the Contact Us page.
Credentials are encrypted at rest, and all API calls to brokers and payment providers use HTTPS. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
